These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and any action against thespacelink.com must be arbitrated in the City, County and State of New Jersey. In the event the arbitration clause is held unenforceable or for any subsequent legal action is allowed, then in such event the user consents to litigate all issues in the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey in the County of New Jersey
